Exciting day indeed! We have secured our first facilitated game session with secondary school students from SMK Kajang Utama.

We did not expect it to go as smoothly but it did. Students could understand what needed to be done fairly quickly albeit their first time. Not only did they actively discuss the recording of business transactions among them, but they seemed to enjoy themselves during the play session too. Seeing the benefit from playing the game to their students first hand, the Prinsip Akuan teacher, Cikgu Syamsuddin, and the counsellor, Pn Noorhidayati, pledged to purchase 10 units of the game for the students’ use.

We are so thankful for the opportunity to demonstrate the use of the game to our first group of users for the Secondary School edition of the game. It gave us precisely the idea on how to conduct similar facilitated game sessions with school students in the future and how we could do it better, especially in terms of forms used during the play session.

The invaluable experience from this first ever demonstration and play session has also helped us develop a module for the planned demonstration workshop with secondary school teachers and instructors from higher learning institutions.
